Sampling

With a team of highly skilled tailors, our sampling process enables us to promptly deliver any requested samples to the buyer within a week.

Merchandising

Our dedicated team of merchandisers handles a comprehensive range of tasks, including finalizing technical files, coordinating order allocation and planning with suppliers, obtaining approvals, managing production follow-ups, and facilitating effective communication throughout the process.

Cutting

Our facility is outfitted with cutting-edge imported cutting machines renowned for their precision in handling bulk cutting tasks. Japanese layer cutting machines are employed to ensure a seamless and efficient cutting process. Moreover, our utilization of a fully automatic rib cutter machine guarantees precise trimming of bindings, resulting in impeccable finesse on the final garments.

Stitching

To ensure the production of high-quality products, we rely on the latest state-of-the-art sewing machines from renowned international brands such as Juki and Brother. These high-speed machines are equipped with cutting-edge technology, enabling us to maintain exceptional standards in our manufacturing processes.

Embroidery

Within our embroidery unit, we have a collective of skilled artisans and technical experts dedicated to their craft. Our visionary designers and illustrators push boundaries to create exquisite and sophisticated patterns. To bring these designs to life, we possess 15 in-house multi-head, multi-colored computerized embroidery machines, enabling us to achieve exceptional results.

Digital Printing

Our printing capabilities are at the forefront of technology, featuring state-of-the-art facilities. With digital laboratory printing, we can expedite sample production, ensuring faster turnaround times. Additionally, our arsenal includes rotary printing for fabric printing, further enhancing our printing capabilities.

Finishing

Within our finishing work station, you will find a range of essential equipment including a Fabric Checking Table, vacuum tables, steam irons, and stain removing work stations. With a meticulous focus on quality control, we adhere to stringent production measures. Our garments are meticulously crafted with a deep appreciation for value and an unwavering attention to detail. Furthermore, we adhere to 1.5 AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) standards to ensure consistent excellence.
